Whats the difference?

An agent arrange sales on our behalf but the sale is directly between us and the client, agents are not allowed to receive any funds on our behalf. The client pays us directly and we dispatch the products to them from head office. With the agent option there is no initial capital lay out involved and you can start earning from day one.

a Distributor is our client and purchase products in bulk at a discounted rate and can resell these independently without our involvement. a distributor must always ensure that values and principles of our brand are upheld. with the distributor option there will be a small capital layout needed to purchase the bulk stock at a discounted rate.
